post CNY

now it's post CNY, so it's time for me to head back to KL and look for a job again. i really hate this part... argh...

so..during CNY, i

• gamble quite a lot, won some money (just to finance my trips to kl) where else can i get money??
• wrote a few riff. including a riff that's in 5/4 time. hahah...at last i manage to do that. coz recently i was quite obsessed with writing a part/riff with the 5/4 time signature. but the song will resume in the normal time, and slew down the tempo to a half at certain point of the song. unfortunately, i'm still struggling with the arrangement. arghh...that's what u get when adding a lot of 'herbs and spices' to a song. i'm quite bored with a song with straight tempo or in 4/4 time (except the got some hot stuff, then i wouldn't mind)
• play a lot of game. MGS3, need for speed underground2, recently winning eleven, and another game burnout3.
• yesterday, i tried to finish up some songs that were half written, but unfortunately i can't. these days, i lacked inspirations to write even simple lyrics. but i wanted to write stuff with substance that somebody can relate to. all based on my exp and views. maybe all those confinements in the house didnt help much... need to explore more.
